I'm pretty sure you are having this message for the reason that you are trying to delete carts that have purchase numbers hooked up to them. Try filtering These out using the filters inside the header and try yet again.The configuration, by default, establishes the sending of the primary email soon after two hours of abandoning the shopping cart;
